• Swimming attire is compulsory.
• If you have a medical condition(s) that may be exacerbated by swimming in cold water you have consulted your doctor before participating today.
• While water safety and first aid is provided, swimmers take part at their own risk.
• If you are under 18, you have parental/guardian permission to participate.
• Do not take part or attend if experiencing any COVID-like symptoms.
