Harvesting olives and creating a new production kitchen are just two of our new ventures as we seek to deliver even more food and hope to Tasmanians doing it tough.

We are proud to partner with John and Claire O’Sullivan in harvesting and marketing their award-winning Forth Valley olive oil (see story).

The new production kitchen, due to open in a month at the Don Road premises, means we can expand our social enterprise work of producing food for ourselves and others to fund our food relief work, and help out partners such as Gran’s Van.

A flexible kitchen space

Apart from providing warehouse space and ready-to-eat meals made by us, Gran’s Van will be able to use the kitchen to make their own meals and sandwiches.

The space can also be used for training and education purposes as well as for a raft of social enterprise initiatives.

Our North-West Food Hub in Don Road is a commitment to partnership based on strong and sustainable relationships with those who share our passion for using food to help vulnerable people.
