Olive Oil Story

Our award-winning extra virgin oil olive is made with olives harvested from the Forth Valley.
Retired doctors John and Claire O’Sullivan have grown olives on their picturesque Braddon Lookout Road property since 1996. The olive oil from their 600 trees has consistently won gold and silver medals in national competitions.
On retirement from medical practice, the O’Sullivans decided to donate each years olive harvest to Loaves and Fishes. In return, Loaves and Fishes take care of the harvesting and grove maintenance which was becoming a challenge for the retired couple. Sadly Claire, the driving force behind the marketing, died in 2024.
Now we provide volunteering opportunities for those who are able to help in harvesting the olives – and the sale of olive oil includes a donation which supports our work.
